Coach Lauren Hoskovec

Coach Lauren started training Muay Thai at McMahon Training Center in April 2015 and has been coaching since 2016. She participated in the Denver Easton Muay Thai Smoker in 2017. She enjoys teaching others the skills of this martial art and seeing how it can influence people’s lives both inside and outside the academy. Currently, she is working on her MS/PhD in Statistics at Colorado State University. Training and teaching Muay Thai helps keep her life balanced and improves both her physical and mental health. Outside of the academy, she enjoys trail running and hiking with her three dogs. Lauren is currently a purple shirt.
