Announcements

-Professor Finnie is doing a seminar at Steamboat Springs BJJ, May 6th. If anyone would like to join us for a weekend getaway, please speak to Professor Brannan who is in charge of organizing.

-Last week to register for the IBJJF Denver open on May 6th & 7th.

Instructor notes – Monthly zoom staff meeting this Wednesday at 5pm

Fundamentals A Day Class #15

  • Technique 1 – Step & Jab      
  • Technique 2 – Haymaker defense-start with set ups and then do a few throws.                    
  • Technique 3 – Show different options for back control, next starting from mount have the uki roll to their stomach and take the back, using seatbelt control show how to fall to strong side and finish with RNC
