Announcements

-This Sunday we have a few of our students competing in the new Mat Wars event in Boulder from 4:00pm to 9:30pm. This is a fun event where you can watch live BJJ & wrestling superfights. If you’d like to come down and watch, ask one of the instructors for more information.

-On Saturday October 19th the Easton team is hosting a BJJ Tournament. This event is open to BJJ students from all Easton affiliate academies. It’s a great opportunity to compete in a fun, friendly atmosphere. They’ll have gi and no-gi divisions and students may compete with a two-stripe

  • Technique 2 – Defend against a straight punch (jab)    
  • Technique 3 – Escape the mount (knee to elbow regular)

Fundamentals B Day Class #28

  • Technique 1 – Footwork  
  • Technique 2 – Defend against a straight punch (cross)            
  • Technique 3 – Escape the mount (knee to elbow with grapevines)

Intermediate Unit 13 week 2
