Announcements

The Academy will be closed for all regular group classes from Saturday, May 24th, to Monday, May 26th, for Memorial Day weekend. However, we will still have an adult BJJ and Muay Thai open mat on Saturday, May 24th, and Sunday, May 26th, from 12:00 to 1:00. BJJ students must have earned their second stripe on their white belt to attend the open mat, while the Muay Thai open mat is open to all levels.
