Adult BJJ 

Announcements

-Join us this Saturday from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM for an Adult BJJ & Muay Thai training day! Please note that all other adult classes will be canceled for the day. After training, we’ll be hosting a school BBQ at Spring Park from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We’ll provide the meat and a few sides—feel free to bring a side dish to share. We’re also looking for volunteers to help with setup, grilling, jumpy castle supervision, and breakdown. If you would like to help, please sign up at the front desk. Let’s make it a fun day! See you there!

For Muay Thai- Wearing a ranked shirt in class-We wanted to remind everyone this week that once you get a shirt rank you are required to wear it in every class. You can either wear a McMahon Muay Thai shirt or a t-shirt of the same color.
