2/1 Weekly Curriculum
- We wanted to make sure that all the women know that we have a women’s class every Saturday morning at 8:30am, all levels are welcome. Previously the class started at 8:00am, but starting this Saturday 2/6 we are pushing it back a half hour.
- Starting this Friday February 5th we are adding a Muay Thai open mat time from 12:00-1:00. This will be a time where you can come in and train at your own pace, or follow our bag workout that is posted on the wall. All levels are welcome!

Haymaker defense, controlling the back position and finishing with the rear naked choke on the strong side.
Adult BJJ Fundamentals B Day

Adult BJJ Int/Adv
Ouchi gari (inside trip) from the over/under clinch (week 2), Passing the half guard using the cross face and passing lapel under your partners head.
Adult BJJ Advanced
Escaping the back and turtle position, escaping submissions from the back and turtle.
