3/8 Weekly Curriculum
Adult BJJ and Muay Thai Kickboxing
This week we will be having a couple of our intro to Randori sessions in the Fundamentals class. We will have them on Monday the 8th, Thursday the 11th from 6:00pm-7:00pm, and Saturday the 13th from 11:30am-12:30pm. Normally new students have to wait until they get their 2nd stripe to train live, but during our intro to Randori’s, the new guys will get a chance to train live with some of the advanced students.

If you can’t control yourself you will not be able to control someone else.
One of the most important things in your training is to keep yourself and your partner safe.
