Fundamentals A Day Class #19

  • Technique 1 – 6 count blocking     
  • Technique 2 – Dragging rear-naked choke standing          
  • Technique 3 – Passing guard over (in a street fight)

Fundamentals B Day Class #20

  • Technique 1 – 6 count blocking   
  • Technique 2 – Breaking grips (wrist, sleeve and lapel)            
  • Technique 3 – Passing guard over (technical using the gi)

 

Intermediate Unit 14 week 1

Drills

  • Movement drill/arm drags/russian tie
  • single leg takedown-dump and outside trip 
  • Rafa steps to leg drag

Ground

  • Knee in the middle guard pass (poor posture pass)
