MTC Weekly Curriculum 2/24
Announcements
-We wanted to share the plan for upcoming BJJ tournaments. Thursday March 13th McMahon In-House Tournament, Saturday April 5th, Easton Open in Denver, Sat & Sun May 10th & 11th. IBJJF Denver Open. If you are interested in participating in these events please speak to one of the coaches for more information.
-New No-Gi Randori: Starting Saturday, March 1st, we’re adding a No-Gi Randori from 8:30-9:15 AM, led by Coach Vinny. A great opportunity for early morning no-gi training!
-MMA Group Private with Professor Ken: In early March, Professor Ken is offering two group private sessions focused on MMA. One monthly fee grants access to one session per week (4-8 students per group). Ask the front desk for details.
