Weekly Curriculum for the week of July 6th
7/6/2020 THOUGHT OF THE WEEK:
Consistency in training
The biggest way to improve in your training is through consistency. Coming to class 2-3x/week and getting the repetitions in through drilling as well as the live training will help promote learning at a faster level than training 5 or 6 times in a week but then taking time off due to burnout. Many people take breaks over the summer for trips, outdoor activities, etc. which is great to recovery the body and the mind. However, a lot of us will continue training this summer which will allow for some great improvements in training!
