3/22 Weekly Curriculum

Adult BJJ and Muay Thai Kickboxing

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Adult Muay Thai students of all levels are invited to participate in our introduction to sparring classes this Monday March 22nd from 6:00pm-7:00pm, and Saturday March 27th from 10:00am-11:00am. We will have a bunch of the coaches and advanced students there to work with students who have never sparred before. You can also just watch, but if you want to participate make sure to bring a mouth guard and shin guards!

BJJ FUNDAMENTALS A DAY

Defend against a straight punch (jab), escape the mount (knee to elbow regular)

BJJ FUNDAMENTALS B DAY

Defend against a straight punch (cross), Escape the mount (knee to elbow with grapevines)

BJJ INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

High crotch/head outside single (2nd week), Escape the turtle position
