Announcements

-Every quarter, we are going to host a unique training event known as “Mat Mastery.” This time around, join us for a “Level Up with the Ladies” session on Wednesday, November 8th, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. We invite adult BJJ students of all skill levels, both male and female, to participate.

-The fun continues! This Thursday November 9th from 6:00pm-7:00pm, we will be doing our special introduction to randori night in the Fundamentals class. Randori means live training, and this will be the first time that many of the new students in our fundamentals classes get to try it. 

-We have the next Fight to Win BJJ competition coming up on Saturday November 18th in Denver. If you are interested in competing, you need to have a minimum of a third stripe on your white belt.

Fundamentals A Day Class #7

  • Technique 1 – Front rolls    
  • Technique 2 – Double leg takedown     
  • Technique 3 – Maintain side control (stopping the roll & guard replacement)

Fundamentals B Day Class #8

  • Technique 1 – Back rolls    
  • Technique 2 – Double leg takedown set ups (defending against punch & using jab)     
  • Technique 3 – Americana & Kimura from side control

Intermediate Unit 13 week 2
