Announcements

-We have one week left in our proshop sale and food drive, if you haven’t already, bring in some food.

The Academy will be closed for all regular classes between Christmas eve and the New Year. Regular classes will resume on Tuesday January 2nd. We will have BJJ randoris and MT open mats during the week of December 25th on Wednesday and Friday evening from 6-7:30 and on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 12:00-1:30. We will also have a BJJ randori and MT open mat on Monday the 1st from 6-7:30. Thanks for all of your support this year and Happy Holidays!

Adult BJJ Fundamentals A Day Class #19

  • Technique 1 – 6 count blocking     
  • Technique 2 – Dragging rear-naked choke standing          
  • Technique 3 – Passing guard over (in a street fight)

Fundamentals B Day Class #20

  • Technique 1 – 6 count blocking   
  • Technique 2 – Breaking grips (wrist, sleeve and lapel)            
  • Technique 3 – Passing guard over (technical using the gi)

Intermediate Unit 16 week 2

Warmup Drills
