Announcements

This Sunday, June 2nd, we’ll be making a small change to the BJJ schedule. We will be switching the one-hour intermediate/advanced no-gi class and the one-hour no-gi randori to a one and a half hour intermediate/advanced no-gi class. There will be 45 minutes of instruction followed by 45 minutes of training.
