 Closed for all regular group classes on Thursday, July 4th, and Friday, July 5th, for the 4th of July holiday. Normal classes will resume on Saturday, July 6th. Also, on Wednesday morning, we will have to cancel the drilling class from 6:30-7:00 AM, but open mat from 7:00-8:00 -We have been nominated as one of the best martial arts schools in Fort Collins by the Coloradoan! -Scan the QR code that is displayed around the school.

  • Technique 1 – Footwork

Fundamentals B Day Class #10

  • Technique 1 – Footwork    
  • Technique 2 – Guillotine Defense    
  • Technique 3 – Escape the mount (knee to elbow)

Intermediate Unit 9 week 1

Warmup Drills 

 Movement drill/arm drags – De la riva series-Split the middle /knee slice –Guard pulling
