Speech: Control
If you can’t control yourself you will not be able to control someone else.
One of the most important things in your training is to keep yourself and your partner safe.
Your progression is not just based on coming to class. Before you will be eligible for your 2nd stripe or green shirt you have to demonstrate that you have good control and will be able to roll or spar without hurting anyone else.
There is a difference between training hard and training out of control

Technique 3-Attack the back (review basic chokes and teach bow and arrow)
