Coach Maddie started her martial arts journey with kickboxing in Sweden in 2012, but found Muay Thai when she moved in next door to a gym in California in 2013. After a few sessions she had found her new sport and had her first fight in 2017. She continued training at a gym in Montana and found her way to Colorado and McMahon in 2021. She has since had several fights in and outside of Colorado and is now entering A class. Outside of the gym Maddie is an environmental scientist who enjoys arts, the outdoors, too many plants, and her toothless dog. Maddie currently holds the rank of purple shirt and aside from covering classes from time to time, is available for private coaching as well.
