Announcements
-We will be doing an online review raffle for the whole month of April. All you have to do to be entered into the raffle is write us a review on yelp, facebook, or google, QR code on the shoe rack.
-We will host an in-house BJJ tournament on Tuesday April 23rd, all regular evening BJJ classes will be canceled. The adults will go from 6:00pm-8:30pm. Students need to be a 2nd stripe white belt and up to compete, and there is no charge to participate. If you want to participate, tell your coach.
Fundamentals A Day Class #15
- Technique 1 – Step & Jab
- Technique 2 – Haymaker defense-start with set ups and then do a few throws.
- Technique 3 – Show different options for back control, next starting from mount have the uki roll to their stomach and take the back, using seat belt control show how to fall to strong side and finish with RNC
Fundamentals B Day Class #16
